A non-refundable application fee of £325.00 (incl. of VAT) covers the administration cost of processing the application of one occupant. Each additional occupant is charged a non-refundable fee of £125.00 (incl. of VAT). This fee is payable straight away in order to take the property off the market and secure it whilst referencing is completed. In order to apply for a property, your gross salary would need to be 2.5 times the annual rent of the property.
Guarantor Fee
An additional non-refundable fee of £125.00 (incl. of VAT) is payable if a guarantor is required. A guarantor’s gross salary must be three times the annual rent of the property. The guarantor would be required to sign the contract with the occupants and would be legally obliged to cover the rent if for any reason the tenant was to default on payments.
