Our office on Burton Street is now open and we are ready to help get you moving. 
We have been busy working from home but we are pleased that this week we are able to man the office. We are doing this with safety measures in place and should you wish to visit us or make an appointment to view a property please give us a call on 01664 569700.
We will continue to offer contactless appraisals, virtual viewings and in-person appointments where necessary, so you can sell or let your home while staying safe.

We promised we would keep you up to date! It has long been said that all lettings properties will need to be an EPC grade C by 2025 for new lets and by 2028 for all lets. We have been waiting for detailed plans on this for the last two years as it has never been enshrined in legislation.
