Hillingdon property prices had a good month. My figures are from January 2016 from the Land Registry and have just been released. Hillingdon average transaction values are up 15.5% on last year and up 2.5% on the previous month.
There are of course other good performing areas include outer London areas such as Havering, Enfield and outside of London such as Luton, Reading and Slough.
