This converted mill is really well situated (though I admit its short on kerb appeal), it’s a short walk to the city centre, universities and all the amenities or a main bus route to Ninewells hospital and elsewhere.
The flat has an allocated parking space, secure entry and a lift, looks to be in good condition too. These are good sized properties and I’ve let a few of them over the years without any problems at all.
The asking price is £126,000 and I’m confident that it would rent for around £530 but probably more. That’s a rental return of just under 5% plus any capital gains.
As usual if you have any questions about this property, one you have found yourselves or just want to chat about lettings in general then please don’t hesitate to drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
