A Liverpool business partnership has scored a third consecutive year of awards success in a national scheme run by property management specialists, Belvoir.
Paul Rice and Adam Rastall own Belvoir property franchises in Sir Thomas Street and at Mill Lane in West Derby.
Their development of cutting edge technology and investment in on-line and social media marketing has put them at the top of the honours list once more in this year’s Belvoir ‘high achiever’ awards, staged at Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire.
Belvoir’s Chief Operating Officer, Dorian Gonsalves, named them winners of three of the scheme’s 32 awards categories - ‘Best On-line Reputation’, the ‘Social Media Champion’ award and ‘Regional Winners –North’
“Adam and Paul have shown mastery in building their business using a variety of on-line marketing channels,” said Dorian. “By posting regular and engaging informative content that generates interest and interaction amongst their customers and other key contacts, they have enhanced their professional reputation and figure strongly in a regular survey undertaken by our on-line media monitoring specialists.
“As a Group, Belvoir is putting an increased focus on social media and the work being done in Liverpool is used as an example of excellence to other offices in our 300 strong national office network.”
“We congratulate Paul, Adam and their teams on their continued success and strong business development.”
In 2016 the West Derby office picked up a Gold Award from the national Estate and Letting Agent awards (ESTAS) after it scored a 97.2 per cent positive rating in reviews from tenant clients – the highest in the North West region.
In addition to their on-going on-line success Paul and Adam were also voted this year’s regional winner in Belvoir’s North West territory. This award takes on added significance because all nominees and the eventual winners are chosen by a voting system amongst peers in Belvoir offices spread throughout the same geographical catchment area.
Paul said: “Social media is increasingly recognised as an important element within business development and it has helped build strong relations between our brand and our customers.”
Adam adds: “We set out to create interactivity and on-line engagement with relevant user groups and this helps to deliver the ‘personal touch’. We believe that on-going training of our highly professional staff has also continued to reap positive rewards.
“”They are constantly embracing new ideas and working methods to help our business run as efficiently as possible.
“These latest awards are a real credit to them and a tribute to the way they deliver fantastic customer service, day in, day out to our broad spread of clients, be they landlords, tenants, property vendors or investors.”
