Belvoir is delighted to announce that seven new franchise owners have joined the network in recent months, and several more are set to join in the near future.
“This has been an extremely busy and productive period for the Belvoir recruitment team,” confirms Dorian Gonsalves, Director of Commercial and Franchising.
“The lettings market continues to expand and there is also renewed buoyancy in the residential sales market, making this an ideal time for anyone who is considering a career in property management to join Belvoir.
“Seven new franchise owners have recently joined the network, either by taking on the resale of an existing operation, or launching a cold start.
“I would like to welcome Robert Price, who is the new owner of Belvoir Huntingdon, Saj Gill, who has taken on the Leicester Central and South East office, Bobby Singh who has bought three Belvoir offices in Coventry, Corby and Kettering, Davinder Gharial who has bought Belvoir Hitchin, Wiliam and Riaan Venter who have taken on the Watford office and Spencer Branagh who has taken over the Belvoir Solihull office.
“In addition a new Belvoir office is being opened by Tim Hughes in Newbury. I am also delighted to confirm that our September induction course is full and we have several more new franchise owners lined up to join the network in the months ahead.
