 From October 2015 it will no longer be possible to serve a section 21 eviction notice at the start of a tenancy and landlords will have to wait a minimum of four months before they can serve a Section 21 notice.

 

 

Some landlords and Letting Agents do serve a Section 21 notice at the same time as the tenancy agreement is signed. If the deposit money has not been protected this notice would have been served too soon..
