26 Honeysuckle Drive, South Normanton, DE55 2FR – Bought for £140,000 in June 2013

Sold for £170,000 in Jan 2015. Thats a total profit of £30,000 (21.63%) with a year on year growth of 12.63%

Both properties within a quarter of a mile of the property in the auction on The Pemberton showing large increases in value over a short period.
