S8 offers a multitude of attractive, desirable and welcoming places to own a home. Areas within S8 that we believe have the most to offer are Beauchief, Greenhill, Meersbrook, Norton, Norton Lees, Woodseats. These are all around a 10-15 minute drive from the city centre. S8 has a tight-knit community, which has grown from hosting regular social events within the area such as The Graves 5k weekly run and the Woodseats Festival.
