It’s that time of the week again when we take a look around the country at the most viewed listings of the week. We don’t know about you but August seems to have crept up on us out of nowhere, this week our tour takes us to Aberdeen, Rugby and Guildford…see it as the Olympics of property, watch out, Rio! Now comes the time when we take a look at the interesting, wonderful and in this case, bizarre stories from around the web. This week, Metro Property reported on a rather confusing story of a man trying to sell his house (stay with us on this one).

When Chris Meyer from Carlisle went to sell his flat, he found out that due to a mix-up with Land Registry, he actually owns the flat next door, meanwhile, his neighbours own his! Plus, Chris and his neighbours aren’t the only ones affected, in fact, 10 out of the 15 flats in the block have found out that they face the same problem!
