NLA Survey Finds 40% of Landlords Struggle to Pay Bills When Tenants Miss Payments

A survey commissioned by the National Landlords Association has found that 40% of Landlords earn little more than enough to break even each month but31% of Tenants thought that their Landlord was only interested in the money!

A survey commissioned by the National Landlords Association (NLA) has found that 40% of Landlords earn little more than enough to break even each month, meaning just one missed payment can leave them financially vulnerable

In addition to this, the survey found that 31% of Tenants thought that their Landlord was only interested in the money
