New Apartments Planned for Moody Street, Congleton

Chapel Brook House on Moody Street, Congleton - which is a Grade II listed building - has plans to be converted to 14 residential apartments.  The plans are currently under review with Congleton Town Council's Planning Committee but progress has been made to redevelop the building which was formerly a care home.

Change of use can be contentious but as the plans are for residential dwelling then it can only be for teh benefit of the local community.
