Looking after our landlords since 1992

26 years ago, in the year 1992, back in the days where it was very rare for people to have mobile phones and there was no such thing as social media, we took on our first landlords. So much has happened since then, but our impeccable service and commitment to our clients has not!

Cast your minds back… what happened in 1992?

John Major was Prime Minister here in the UK, whilst Bill Clinton won the presidential election to become the 42ndpresident of the United States.

It was the year that Aladdin. Sister Act and The Bodyguard were all released, it was also the year that saw the debut of tv show, ‘Absolutely Fabulous’!

Whitney Houston set a then-record with “I Will Always Love You” staying at no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 14 weeks. Houston covered the song, originally sung by Dolly Parton, for “The Bodyguard.” She also starred in the film.

It was also the year where we watched as Denmark bagged an unlikely 2-0 victory against Germany in the 1992 Euros final, which was hosted at the Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In other sports news, the Summer Olympics were held in Barcelona and Great Britain walked away with 5 gold medals, which were won for athletics, cycling and rowing.

The Church of England decided on November 11 1992 to allow women to be priests after more than 70 years of talk – the idea was first debated in 1920 at the Lambeth Conference of that year.

The years that have followed have seen many changes across the world and advances in technology, medicine and science, yet all the while, we have been able to retain a large amount of our customer base.

So why do we think that so many landlords have been with us for so long? Well, we believe it’s down to a few things;

Our consistency in service

Our customers know that when they need us, we will always be there. We make life stress free all the time, not just sometimes.

Knowledge that properties are managed at a high standard

When our landlords know that their properties are managed at a high standard, they can relax and know that they are receiving value for money.

We genuinely do put our clients first

We believe that over everything else, the realisation that we genuinely put our clients first has the most positive bearing on the company’s growth and with it, financial position.

We have a very high staff retention rate and this is even more so when compared to the rest of the industry. This helps us with our service consistency but also enables us to have that all-important recognition when calling or corresponding that we find is missing in so many customer service industries today.

Here’s to another 26 years of looking after our landlords!
