I think it’s a very nice example of the type. What looks to be a nicely maintained and presented three bed (2 doubles and a single) family home. Ideal for those looking to make that initial leap from a flat to a house.

The location is fine, easy reach of main transit and public transport routes and walking distance to Ninewells Hospital. 

We have rented a number of properties in this area and I would estimate the monthly rental as around £560, with an asking price of £95,000 that’s a gross yield of over 6.4%, not bad. However as a “Brucie Bonus”, capital appreciation in that area for semis has been over 30% over the last 5 years.
