I was talking to a landlord about a property he had similar to this recently. It's a cracking example of a modernised traditional flat in Dundee.
Its on with Thorntons and has GCH, DG looks to be in very good condition and has been modernised. The shared garden and block also seem to be in good condition, it even has nice views.
Obviously this is reflected in the asking price of £129,950 which with a conservative rent of say £450 is only going to give you a rental return of just under 4%, however I think it would let consistently and the capital appreciation should be good.
