Bold refresh strengthens Belvoir brand
Belvoir has completed an exciting brand refresh to help ensure its offices stand out against High Street competitors.
Belvoir’s marketing manager Kiara Carthy-Barke has worked with a number of franchise owners over the past year to develop this brand refresh.
Our award-winning marketing team has delivered fresh initiatives and bold designs that will benefit all of our clients by ensuring that Belvoir offices are instantly recognisable and able to outperform other agents in today’s constantly changing market.
A selection of Belvoir offices across the country are now offering a full estate agency service as well as lettings, and we anticipate that this aspect of the business will develop across more offices in the coming months. The timing was therefore perfect to undergo a brand refresh that would reflect the exciting changes Belvoir has made to its business model. We also wanted our branding to strongly reinforce Belvoir’s values of outstanding customer service, professionalism, specialism, compliance and of course, trust and consistency.
The new design is simple, but eye-catching and makes good use of Belvoir’s distinctive red colour. The word ‘Be’ features strongly at the start of all of our marketing material to deliver a series of strong, positive messages. Belvoir is now working with Brief Your Market to provide offices with a marketing portal that enables them to create intelligent local marketing campaigns as well as delivering the new marketing material including posters, canvassing cards, window displays and a stunning new car design. A brand new Belvoir board has also been designed and news of this will be released early in the New Year.
In addition, a new version of Belvoir’s award-winning website (www.belvoir.co.uk) has been launched. This site incorporates the branding changes and has been designed to improve the customer journey and help offices to market properties for both the sales and lettings market. The site contains lots of free tips, advice and news, and I highly recommend that landlords and vendors take a look at what is on offer.
The new branding is currently being rolled out across the network and we are confident that it will make people stop and look twice as they find out more about the fantastic services that Belvoir can offer. The message to all of Belvoir’s clients across the country is very simple – Be with Belvoir!
