In April 2016 the 13th annual ESTAS Ceremony will take place when an audience of some 700 will descend on the London Hilton Park Lane. This is an occasion to remember in itself and you could walk away with a coveted ESTAS trophy presented by TV Property Expert Phil Spencer.

Belvoir Lettings West Derby have been shortlisted for the prestigious ESTAS award again this year. The award that is presented by the Property Expert Phil Spencer recognises great customer service and provides property organisations with the motivation to manage and motivate teams and to brand their business as one that is happy to be measured by their customers.

Here at Belvoir Lettings West Derby we go the extra mile to ensure all clients are treated fairly and we strive ourselves on excellent customer service. Even achieving the shortlist of the ESTA's which does not just cover Liverpool & the North West, but an award that recognises agents nationwide is a massive achievement for our business.

Landlord & Tenant reviews are important to us here at Belvoir Lettings as it helps us understand the areas of service that we need to concentrate on and the areas of service that our landlord & tenants are happy with. All feedback regarding our service is important to us and helps us in providing the outstanding service that is essential for a successful, trustworthy service that we provide.

Last year we won the silver award which we are extremely proud of, but this year we are aiming for gold! We believe our customer service alone is enough to achieve the gold award. The ESTA's is taking place on Friday 17th April 2015, click here to see the "SHORTLISTED LETTING AGENTS (rated by Landlords)"
