Belvoir Launches New Rent Guarantee to its Landlords!

Following on from Belvoir’s recent acquisitions of the Northwood and Newton Fallowell brands, they are now launching a Guaranteed Rent service to add to their arsenal which will be available to their new and existing landlords from November 2016.

Having teamed up with Let Alliance and insurance partners UKGi and DAS, Belvoir will now be able to offer their clients a Rent and Legal Guarantee service within landlord packages, which carries a £nil excess!

Launching in time for their November insurance renewals, Lloyd Rumbold (owner of the Nottingham Central and West offices) is delighted to now offer Landlords the choice of continuing their existing Rent & Legal cover as well as the option to upgrade to their new Rent Guarantee. Landlords will receive rent regardless of whether the tenant pays and without the delay of the previous insurance based policy, together with a whole host of other additional benefits that Belvoir have built in to their Rent Guarantee, based upon their years of experience as the UK’s Letting Specialist.

Belvoir Let Alliance will be contacting our Landlords throughout October to discuss their individual requirements and are proud and delighted to offer even greater assurances and peace of mind.

If we (Belvoir) are currently responsible for collecting your insurance premium from rent, this can continue and the premium will be deducted from your rental income at the earliest opportunity following your renewal date.

If you have any queries please do feel free to contact me direct and we can put you in touch with one of our dedicated renewal team to go through all the options that are now available to you as a Belvoir Landlord.
