Welcome to the August Belvoir Colchester Newsletter. In this newsletter we will talk about the new team, what we have achieved over the last couple of months and you will hear from our Office Manager and Directors. Since March 2014 we have had a new team here and pleased to say the company is thriving and moving forward at an amazing pace.
Our Office Manager had this to say "Our main focus is on customer satisfaction by ensuring we are delivering World Class Service to our Applicants, Tenants and Landlords alike. New for August all new tenants will be receiving a feedback survey from us where they will be able to rate our service and bring up any suggestions on how we can improve our service even further"

Remember everyone knows at least 1000 people, if you can think of anyone right now who is looking to rent a property or even rent out a property please give them our details as we can then deliver World Class Service to them as well.

Have a read below and meet our team in more details.......we are the faces of the future and will ensure you receive world class service from us.
Richard Zammutt (email@example.com) as our Lettings Consultant and he takes on and shows our properties to prospective tenants. He is an excellent, efficient and proactive addition to our team and is fully aware of the type of tenant we want in the properties we market for our landlords.
David Burch (firstname.lastname@example.org) is our Lettings Administrator and has been in this role for a number of years now. He again is another efficient valuable member of the team with is expert knowledge of the properties, referencing and tenants. He also covers viewings etc in Richard's absence.
Natalie Withers (email@example.com) has replace Danielle in Property Maintenance and she is a very efficient well organised young lady and certainly knows how to keep on top of our contractors to get jobs done. She refers to April if she is unsure of anything.
Hayley Safiah (firstname.lastname@example.org) works part time, on Thurs Fridays and Saturdays and is also part of the Property Maintenance team. She carries out our quarterly property visits and has been in this role for the last year. Her knowledge of our properties is superb and with the new software we are using for our inventories and visits will benefit from having more information about the property immediately available to her. Again she is very efficient and organised and will be able to further communicate any issues found at properties easily. The change in the format of our reports means that you can get a clearer picture of how your property is being looked after.
