Welcome to the September Belvoir Colchester Newsletter. This is our second newsletter and after the success of our first one we have decided to produce one every month to keep you up to date on things in our Colchester branch. In our August newsletter we talked about the new team and our roles. In this news letter we are bringing you the following:

We here at Belvoir Colchester need help! If you know of anyone who has a property they would like to rent we will be very happy to provide a FREE no obligation appraisal of their property and let them know what we can do for them. We are seeking 1-5 Bedroom Houses in and around the Colchester, Wivenhoe areas as we have professional vetted applicants waiting for a new home.
We also have a number of flats currently up for rent from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom so if you know anyone who is looking for a flat to rent please advise them to contact us and one of our helpful staff will be more than happy to talk them through options and get them in to their new home and settled for Christmas.
From the start of August we have been offering a property of the week to all our tenants, This will mean every week a new property will be advertised on our brand new A-Board, large print in the shop window, on social media sites. This has been working very well over the last four weeks and every property on property of the week has been LET!
We will choose in the office the property and if your property is not this week maybe it will be next week? Keep an eye out for it and let me know if you spot it.
We are always looking at new ways to get your property out there as a landlord and to make sure that all future tenants to get the best chance to view all the lovely properties we have in Colchester, Wivenhoe and surrounding areas.
