Property Administrator  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Cardiff based team assisting tenants and landlords with their property needs. The role will involve dealing with a large variety of tasks on a daily basis and you will be expected to pro-actively manage tenancy requirements in a professional manner whilst communicating with all parties.

Key Role 

Ensuring rental properties are let to standard with all certificates and legislative requirement in place

Organising annual safety certificates

Start, end and renewal of tenancies and dealing with rent increases.

Drafting lettings contracts, deposit certificates and tenancy packs.

Performing property inventories, property inspections and checkouts

Deposit registration and deposit return processing

The role will suit some who is

Organised, diligent and able to work to standards.

Able to work under pressure, proactively managing tasks and prioritising work.

An excellent written and verbal communicator.

A strong character able to enforce company standards both internally and externally

At least 1 year experience in property 

IT literate and able to use common MS office products

Experience with CFP Winman lettings software would be an advantage 

The candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have a car available for work.

Hours

Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:30

Every other Saturday 9:30 to 2pm
