Belvoir have refreshed their brand so include logos, slogans and website. The move from Belvoir Lettings to simply Belvoir signifies the companies move from dedicated lettings agency to combined property agency.
Belvoir Cambridge welcomes franchise rebrand which will help promote buy-to-let services and forthcoming sales department.
Belvoir are currently rolling out a nationwide brand refresh which includes a new website, logos and messaging. The property franchise, formally know as Belvoir Lettings are changing simply to Belvoir to acknowledge the fact that Belvoir Peterborough now offer a sales service.
The brand refresh began in early September when the messaging and images were updated on all marketing and communications resources. Belvoir have dropped their strapline “The Lettings Specialist” to reflect their expansion into sales and have also employed a series of slogans such as “BE up-to-date”, “BE a buy-to-let success” and “BE hot property”.
On Monday 22nd September the new Belvoir website was launched which aims to be contemporary, informative and more accessible to users. It includes advice for landlords, buyers and tenants as well as service details. Each branch has their own dedicated microsite where they can advertise local properties.
For Belvoir Cambridge the rebrand has come at a good time as they are preparing to open a new sales team. The new website will allow them to advertise available properties and share selling advice. The microsites are also a useful space for branches to publish local property news and promote free events like Belvoir’s Buy-to-Let workshops.
As part of the development of the Cambridge Belvoir branch they have recently employed a marketing assistant. This is the first local Belvoir branch to employ dedicated marketing personnel and reflects how well the business is performing.
Terry Lucking, owner of Belvoir Cambridge said, “The rebrand has coincided well with the appointment of a dedicated marketing assistant, Grace Harper. Grace can now implement our marketing strategy with a fresh and up-to-date brand and user-friendly website. We plan to use the new website to its full potential so that we can communicate to tenants, landlords and property investors.”
