A local Swansea couple has been crowned tops for customer service at Belvoir’s ‘High Achievers’ awards – open to over 160 offices in the property specialist’s nationwide network.
They scooped the ‘Gold Customer Service Award’ at an annual presentation staged at Coombe Abbey in Coventry.
To add to this triumph, husband and wife team Ben and Daisy Davies, also collected the title ‘Best West Midlands Regional Award’ - an accolade voted for by their peers at other Belvoir offices in the region.
Ben and Daisy own Belvoir Swansea at 29 Castle Street and they experienced industry success very early on in their property career when they won the title of Belvoir’s ‘New Franchise of the Year Silver Award’ back in 2012.
After presenting their latest honours, Belvoir Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mike Goddard, said: “This year’s judging panel were particularly impressed by the meticulous approach Ben and Daisy take to ensuring total customer satisfaction.
“This was self-evident last year when they won the Silver Award for Best Lettings Agency in Wales at the national Estate Agents annual awards (ESTAS). Nominations come from actual tenants who provide positive testimonials for the best levels of service they receive.
“In awarding their business with our Gold standard customer service award we are recognising the teamwork that the couple and their colleagues have put into the many innovative ideas they have introduced to enhance the customer experience. These include an interactive touch screen in their office window through to other technology based initiatives that encourage all clients to provide open and honest feedback on a regular basis.”
Their ambition to drive the company forward has seen the couple open a second office, in the affluent village of Mumbles and it is already attracting the attention of high end property owners and investors in the area.
After receiving the award Ben said; “Any business is only as good as its customers think it is and Daisy and I are delighted to receive very positive comments back from tenants and landlords who take to social media to voice their approval.
“We try to be as innovative as possible throughout all areas of the business and like to keep up with the latest technology to engage with customers and equip our staff with the best means to drive us all forward.
“Both of these awards are a fantastic recognition of the team’s great commitment to clients and the proactive approach they take to look after them. We are extremely appreciative of their on-going enthusiasm and support.”
