Leicester is an up and coming city, thriving with potential. The average price for property in Leicester stood at £231,169 in October 2018. This is a fall of 0.82% in the last three months (since July 2018) and rise of 3.58% since 12 months ago. In terms of property types, flats in Leicester sold for an average of £139,304 and terraced houses for £165,037. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.
