Now don’t let the word Lochee put you off, all though this development is technically in that location in lettings terms it’s a million miles away, what’s more the recent injection of capital and major redevelopment of Lochee will hopefully have a generally positive affect anyway.
The flats comfortably rent for £435 giving a rental return of 5.5% £87,000, we let several in these blocks and the surrounding area. Its certainly one I would consider having a good look at.
