A landlord who has invested in rental properties throughout Ealing asked me about the property market in W5.

What we found out about Ealing was quite interesting. The average value of a property in Ealing W5 is £601,156, which is £81,608 more than the average of neighbouring W13. The most expensive street in Ealing W5 is Warwick Dene, where an average property is worth in excess of £2.5 Million. The most desirable homes in the area are those substantial period properties in streets such as Mount Avenue, Montpelier Road, Wolverton Gardens and Richmond Road, where properties can reach asking prices of up to 3 million pounds.

The most expensive property was a stunning 7 bedroom detached house on Blakesley Avenue, which sold for £3,190,000 in 2012. 11.4% of properties in W5 have changed hands since the summer of 2008.

The average asking rent in W5 is currently £2,023 per calendar month. Currently there are over one thousand properties on the market to rent in the area according to the property portals.
