3 bed house near Ninewells as a buy to let property?

This 3 bedroom house caught my eye today and I thought it would be worth a mention. It’s located just off Perth Rd, very close to both Ninewells and Invergowrie, ideal for families trying to move there for work etc.

These houses offer quite good space and this particular ones looks as though it has been updated at some point in recent years, bringing it up to a modern standard. We have rented properties like this, in fact on the same street, for around the £775 mark, which when you compare it against the current asking price of £180,000 could generate you an annual return of over 4.7%. Maybe not earth shattering but I suspect you will get decent capital appreciation as well and I think it will let fairly easily.

The lettings market at the moment is lacking in the 3 bed house sector, so there shouldn’t a shortage of potential tenants.
